We accept a variety of payment methods to make your experience seamless, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay.
We offer free delivery within 40 miles of our Waco, TX warehouse for events with pickup times no later than 9:00 PM. For later pickups, additional fees apply. If you're unsure whether your event qualifies for free delivery, just share your address with us, and we'll confirm for you.
Yes, late-night pickups after 9 PM incur additional fees: $50 for 9:30 PM, $100 for 10 PM, $150 for 10:30 PM, $200 for 11 PM, $250 for 11:30 PM, and $300 for 12 AM. To help you avoid these charges, we can often arrange next-day pickups, depending on your venue's policies and our schedule.
For locations beyond our 40-mile free delivery zone from Waco, TX, we charge $1 per mile, with a maximum distance of 120 miles. This ensures we can bring our services to you, no matter where your event is.
That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.
We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date.
At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!
We can add colored flowers to the arches flowers, but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it.
We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the deets and we can let you know if this is possible.
