Refund Policy

At Petal Perfection Rentals, we take pride in delivering elegant, high-quality artificial floral designs and event rentals that bring lasting beauty to weddings, celebrations, and special occasions across Central Texas. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to transparency and exceptional service every step of the way.

Rental Terms & Conditions

By renting from Petal Perfection Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

Payments

We accept:

Full payment upfront, or
Shop Pay, which splits payments into four equal installments.

A 25% non-refundable retainer secures your rental and is applied toward your total event balance.

Balance Due

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your event.

If payment is not received by that time, Petal Perfection Rentals may cancel the order.

If late payment is approved, a 10% late fee will be added, with an additional 10% every 7 days thereafter.

Any additional costs caused by delays—such as last-minute floral substitutions—will be billed to the client.

Additions & Substitutions

Additions made within 30 days of the event must be approved and paid within 24 hours.

If specific florals are unavailable, Petal Perfection Rentals may substitute equivalent or higher-value materials to preserve the design integrity.

If dyed flowers are used, Petal Perfection is not responsible for possible fabric staining.

Delivery & Setup

Service Area: Waco, Temple, Killeen, College Station, and surrounding Central Texas regions.
Standard delivery radius: 25 miles from Waco, Texas.
Additional distance: typically $1 per mile (quoted by location and setup needs).
Pickup time: no later than 9:00 PM.

Late-night pickup fees apply:

9:30 PM – $50 | 10:00 PM – $100 | 10:30 PM – $150 | 11:00 PM – $200 | 11:30 PM – $250 | 12:00 AM – $300

All rentals include professional setup and pickup by our team.

For insurance reasons, clients or third parties may not move or transport our products without written approval from Petal Perfection Rentals.

Product Handling

Rentals may not be left outdoors overnight or exposed to weather conditions such as rain, humidity, or high winds.

If inclement weather is expected, Petal Perfection Rentals reserves the right to retrieve items early to prevent damage.

Any damage beyond normal wear will result in a charge equal to 2x the rental price.

Items not returned within the rental period will be charged 4x the rental cost, and ownership will transfer to the client.

All payment information is securely stored and deleted once items are returned.

Venue & Décor Limitations

All décor must be coordinated with Petal Perfection Rentals to ensure style and color consistency.

We are not responsible for venue restrictions that limit setup or décor usage if not disclosed prior to your event.

Petal Perfection Rentals is bound by venue management rules. Negotiating exceptions (e.g., hanging installations, candles, or ceiling décor) is the client’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for items that cannot be used due to venue policies.

Cancellations

A 90-day cancellation notice is required for partial refund eligibility.

In the event of an emergency (natural disaster, family tragedy, or unforeseen event), your retainer may be transferred to a new event date at no cost.

Retainers are non-refundable and exclude:

Payment processing fees
Communication and consultation time
Proposal and design preparation
Banking or refund fees
Online listing or reservation costs

Petal Perfection Rentals reserves the right to cancel any contract if obligations cannot be reasonably fulfilled. In such cases, we will credit the amount paid minus any costs incurred.

Dispute Resolution

Any claim or controversy arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration hearing will take place in McLennan County, Texas, before a single arbitrator.

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
